Appointed Rector of Ringwold, with Charlton by Dover, Kent, in 1747; resigned in 1748 (archivist, Ringwould); licensed by the Bishop of London to serve as a priest ‘to the plantations’, May 1755; rector of St George, Jamaica (F.
