(Artists' Rifles) Jan. 11, 1915, and went out to the western front in Aug. 1915; 2nd Lieut. 1st Batt. the Hampshire Regt. Nov. 6, 1916; d. April 14, 1917, of wounds received in action at Arras April 9, 1917; umm.
