Meath; b.; adm. 19 Jan 1798 (Clapham); left Lady Day 1800; Christ Church, Oxford, matr. 22 Oct 1801, aged 18; MA 1804; Ensign, 3rd Foot Guards 6 Feb 1805; Lieut. and Capt. 31 May 1810; Capt. 69th Foot 9 Apr 1812; 7th Garrison Batt. 1814; retd. Sep 1825; served in Peninsular War; succ. father as 6th Viscount Allen (I) 1 Feb 1816; d. unm. at Gibraltar 21 Sep 1845.
