This book contains a list of offences for which boys received warnings. Entries include the date, name and offence for which the boys for warned. At the start of each term are details of the Head of House and Monitors who gave these warnings. There are no warnings recorded between 1929 - 1944. In 1941 Homeboarders House combined with Ashburnham House and entries after this date include warnings given to boys from both houses (it is usually indicated to which House the boy belonged). At the end of some terms there are general comments about behaviour within the House.
These lists give the names of boys in the House and the form they were in. Some lists also note those who left each term. Near the back of the volume are three programmes for a production of 'Dandy Dick', performed by the House in Feb 1967.
This ledger was kept by the Head of House, in which they would note down details of boys who arrived and left each year, those who received the House colours, details of the 'Ash Tree' (the House magazine), comments on the characters of members of the House, comments on discipline within the House, details of sporting results, art events and music competitions, accounts of the House Supper, general notes and summaries of previous terms and anything else the Head of House thought interesting. There are also account of various plays performed by the House. At the front of the volume are details of Housemasters, Heads of House, Monitors and the names of those who were awarded pinks and double pinks. Those awarded double pinks are also listed at the back of the volume. Inserted throughout the volume are house lists, as well as newspaper cuttings relating to events at the House.

There is also a list of members of Ashburnham who were killed in the Second World War inserted towards the end.

Early entries give details of the House's evacuation to Lancing and Exeter. Some entries give general notes and summaries of previous years or terms and details of discipline within the House. At the front of the volume are details of Head of House, Monitors, Housemasters and the names of those who gained pinks. At the end of the volume is a list of those who gained double pinks and any captaincies they held. \r\n\r\nThe entries from Play Term 1942 -Election term 1949 are titled' Homeburnham', after Ashburnham and Homeboarders amalgamated into one House between 1941-1949. After 1949 the entries proceed to be solely for Ashburnham House, after the Houses split again. Some entries have house lists inserted with them. There are also newspaper cuttings inserted, one of which give details of a visit to Westminster School by the King and Queen. The last entry is continued in the next volume.
