Jan. 14, 1886 (H); left March 1892; adm. a solicitor March 1899; practised in London; Clerk to the Vintry Ward; an amateur actor and musician of distinction; advisory business director of the National Opera Co.; m. May 3, 1905, Sibyl Mary, younger daughter of Capt. Norcliffe Gilpin, of Chelsea; d. as the result of a motor accident Feb. 23, 1928.
