Pyrton from 13 Nov 1787); BA 1779; MA 1783; ordained deacon 6 Jun 1784, priest 22 May 1785 (both Oxford); Rector of Pyrton, Oxfordshire, from 1787; Vicar of Shirburn, Oxfordshire (dispensation to hold with Pyrton, 1795) (still 1829); succeeded his cousin Christopher in the Burgh estate, Banstead, Surrey, 1816; Vicar of Banstead, Surrey, from 21 Feb 1823; m. 1778 Grace, dau. of Sir John Stewart, Bart., Grandtully and Murthly, Perthshire; d. 17 Apr 1832.
