Cargill, Donald, only son of Jasper Farmer Cargill, a Puisne Judge of the Supreme Court of Jamaica, by Clara Isabelle, daughter of John Orrett; b. Dec. 19, 1894; adm. Sept. 24, 1908 (R); left Dec. 1912; served on the western front; 2nd Lieut. 3rd Batt. the Border Regt. May 18, 1915; Lieut. 1st Batt. Nov. 15, 1916; was wounded on the Somme July 1, 1916; on the London Stock Exchange; m. Oct. 14, 1920, Cicely, younger daughter of Arthur Henry Roberts, of West Malling, Kent.
