Estall, Arthur Cecil, only son of Thomas Estall, of Kensington, by Emily, daughter of George Tilly, of Kingston-on-Thames, Surrey; b. Oct. 3, 1890; adm. April 26, 1901 (H); left July 1902; readm. Sept. 28, 1905; left July 1909; became a clerk in the Bank of England and subsequently went into the bill broking business; joined the H. A.
