May 4, 1894; adm. as K.S. Sept. 24, 1908; left (with Triplett) July 1913; Magd. Coll. Camb., exhibitioner, matric. Michaelmas 1913; 2nd Lieut. 6th Batt. (Reserve) Rifle Brigade Nov. 1, 1914; went out to the western front in March 1915 and was attached to the 2nd Batt.; killed in action near Ypres May 8, 1915; unm.
