Kohnstam, Norman Mortimer Joseph, eldest son of Rudolph Kohnstam, of Hampstead, by Emily, daughter of Jacob Piza, of Maida Hill; b. Feb. 26, 1897; adm. Sept. 22, 1910 (G); K.S. (non-resident) 1911; left Easter 1915; 2nd Lieut. 3rd Batt. the Manchester Regt. May 10, 1915; Lieut.
