Scope and content
One medal shaped like books on a shelf. The front is stamped with John Locke and says "300TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE PUBLICATION OF THE MAJOR WORKS OF JOHN LOCKE 1990." The back is stamped with the spines of books, one saying "EPISTOLA DE TOLERANTIA" and the other "TWO TREATIES OF GOVERNMENT." The back also has the front of a book which says "AN ESSAY CONCERNING HUMANE UNDERSTANDING, JOHN LOCKE 1690."
