'The Major' was Rigaud's House magazine and is revival of 'The Rigaudite Review'. It largely contains short stories, poems, and artwork, and was compiled by the students.
Owing to the national lockdown in place due to Covid-19, the Commemoration of Benefactors service that would usually have occurred was replaced by 'The Littlest Commem', held in Yard and up School by the Queen's Scholars on November 20th 2020.
Westminster SchoolThe sub-series contains photographs relating to the rehearsal, production and performance of the Westminster School Latin Play. It includes cast photographs, rehearsal photographs, photographs of the auditorium being prepared and shots of scenes being acted on stage. In some cases individuals are identified by name. There is a gap between 1913 and 1919 when the play was not performed during World War One. The collection is incomplete, and dates mainly from 1880-1939.
An educational lecture about lifeboats and maritime rescue operations. The narrative is of an operation in which the lifeboat goes to the rescue of a large sailing ship which is sinking and catches fire.
