Letter from Dr. Nathaniel Micklem, 30th December 1963. Harold Costley White far from well - hence this letter of thanks, for reassuring him 60 years before from the pulpit at Rugby that religion is an exciting business, a message he needed during a difficult stage of his life.
Letter from Duncan Horsefield, 18th February 1953. Regrets Harold Costley White's decision to retire, not least because of his conscientious and regular attendance at Convocation.

Letter from Edward Sinnot, 12th September 1951. Re The King's School, they borrowed some chairs from the Cathedral, which were very carelessly handled while being returned to the Chapter House - perhaps the Headmaster should exercise better supervision. A suggestion that the Friends (of the Cathedral?) should publish their membership divided up by town and parish - this would place a strain on their small staff, and weaken the sense of unity
