Letter from D.V. Wavey (S.P.C.K. House), 11th June 1954. Hope Costley White has proposed a children's book on the Letters of Paul (along the lines of St Luke's Story of Jesus, publ. 1938). Discusses the economic problems of such a project in this day and age, but asks to see the proposal.

Letter from Dr. Nathaniel Micklem, 30th December 1963. Harold Costley White far from well - hence this letter of thanks, for reassuring him 60 years before from the pulpit at Rugby that religion is an exciting business, a message he needed during a difficult stage of his life.
Letter from Dr G.C. Milner, 19th December 1947. Stranded overnight in Gloucester, saw the Costley-White name on a book in the window of W.H. Smith, knew the name was unusual and established at the cathedral that it really was Harold Costley White. Remembers his kindness towards him while a boy at Rugby when he burst out crying one Sunday morning because his father was dying.
