Mich. 1819; BA 1823; ordained; Rector of Waterstock, Oxfordshire from 29 Mar 1827; m. 23 Jun 1825 Charlotte Penelope, younger dau. of Rev. Bartholomew Lutley Sclater, Hoddington House, near Odiham, Hampshire; d. 13 Jun 1856, aged 56.
