LISTER, THOMAS, 2ND BARON RIBBLESDALE, only son of Thomas Lister, 1st Baron Ribblesdale (qv); b. 23 Jan 1790; adm. 13 Jun 1800 (Clapham); in school list 1801; left 1804; Christ Church, Oxford, matr. 2 Nov 1807; succ. father as 2nd Baron Ribblesdale 22 Sep 1826; m. 9 Feb 1826 his cousin Adelaide, half-sister of Thomas Henry Lister (qv), and subsequently wife of John Russell, 1st Earl Russell (qv); d. 10 Dec 1832.
