Jan. 20, 1910 (A); left Dec. 1913; joined the Inns of Court O.T.C. April 1915; 2nd Lieut. 10th Batt. Duke of Cornwall's Light Infantry. Sept. 16, 1915; Lieut. Feb. 1, 1916; Capt. Feb. 12, 1917; went out to the western front June 2, 1916; M.C. July 26, 1918; d. at a casualty clearing station at Cologne, Germany, March 23, 1919; unm.
