[Presumably brother or close kin to John Lascelles and William Lascelles (qvv), both adm. 26 Jan 1824 : it seems likely that they were related to Rev. Francis Edward Lascelles (1770-1844), BA Trinity Coll. Dublin 1789, adm. Middle Temple 18 Dec 1787, from Killough, co. Down, but they were not his children; they may have been the children of his cousin Rowley Lascelles (see below under John Lascelles)].
