Oxford, matr. 27 Mar 1735/6; BA 1738; ordained deacon and priest (Winchester) Dec 1741; Rector of Blendworth, Hampshire, from 1741; Vicar of Catherington, Hampshire, from 1778; m. 19 Jul 1750 Elizabeth Pafford, Rowner, Hampshire; d. 1789 (will proved PCC 9 Dec 1789). [possibly Chaplain, Royal Navy 1777]
