Cambridge, adm. pens. 20 Mar 1677/8, aged 17, matr. 1678; adm. Middle Temple 5 Jan 1680/1, called to bar 6 May 1687; evidently Philip Briddall (sic), Yeoman of Jewel Office from 15 May 1685 to death c. 1700 (Walter Briddall held appointments in Jewel Office 1661-88); m. 1 Sep 1687 Anne, dau. of Henry Byne, Carshalton, Surrey.
