Middle Temple 3 Nov 1694, called to bar 23 May 1707; poet and dramatist; his two tragedies were acted in the theatre in Lincoln’s Inn Fields; author, Miscellanies in Verse and Prose, 1754; d. 17 Aug 1755, aged 77.
