This series contains material relating to the Old Grantite Club, which was a group for alumnus of Grant's House. Members of the club paid a subscription fee to join which was used to fund social events organsied by the club as well as the production of the 'Grantite Review', the House magazine. The main event organised by the club was the annual dinner, although they also organised golf and cricket matches. This series contains the minute books of the club, lists of its members and publications by the club.

This minute book contains the minutes of the committee meetings of the Old Grantite Club. It describes details of those who were present at the meetings, the election of committee members, deatils of sub-committees, how to use the funds of the club and details about the general running of the club. It also includes the rules of the 'Old Grantite Club' at the front of the volume, including the fees for membership. There are inserts within the volume which include letters and invitations sent to members of the club, financial reports, membership forms and photographs. The minutes are hand written up until April 1932, after which the majority of minutes and agendas are printed and separately stuck into the volume.
There is some red rot along the spine.

This book contains the minutes of the meetings of the Old Grantite Club including annual general meetings, special general meetings, executive committee meetings and sub-committee meetings. It also includes the agendas of meetings and other printed materials which are stuck into the book. Inside the front cover are some loose pages, possibly from a club magazine, which contain details about the history of Grant's House. There is also an index at the front of the various meetings within the book. The meetings give details of the committee, treasurers reports and the general running of the club.

An address book with a list of names and addresses of members of the 'Old Grantite Club' and subscribers to the 'Grantite review', the House magazine. Some people were only subscribers to the magazine which is indicated by a single red *. The list is thought to have been started by D. E. Lashmore (G 1920 - 1923), whose signature is on the first page.

This booklet contains a short history of Grant's House and the Old Grantite Club. It is based largely on the work of Lawrence Tanner (G 1905 - 1909) and was edited by him. At the back of the booklet are lists of Grant's Housemasters, Heads of House and Presidents of the Old Grantite Club. There are also two inserts at the front, of a printed letter asking Old Grantites for donations for a new edition of the booklet, and a hand written letter from Marjorie Murray-Rust, the widow of Thomas Moray Murray-Rust, Housemaster of Grant's (1935 - 1948).

This booklet is a second edition of 'Grants and the Old Grantite Club' which was originally produced in 1959 and gives a short history of Grant's House and the Old Grantite Club. It contains almost the same history printed in the previous edition but has a more detailed account of Grant's House in the nineteenth century which includes two first-hand accounts of daily life at Grant's House and the views of the matron, Joan Fenton. There are also details of developments since 1959 and the addition of more photographs of Grant's House. Updated lists of Grant's Housemasters, Heads of House and Presidents of the Old Grantite Club are also included. \r\n\r\nInserted within the booklet is a leaflet for the Old Grantite 75th Jubilee on September 28th 2001.
