There are two volumes which contain the minutes of the meeting held by the Club's committee and sub-committees. They include details of those elected as committee members, the finances of the club and the general running of the Club.

Paperback report and list of member books. Includes appendices. Contains handwritten annotations and amendments. Originally 'Reports and List of Members'. By 1949 Reports were removed and so became 'Rules and List of Members'.
