Webb C.B.C.B.E. by the staff of the Patent Office on his retirement from the public service August 4, 1921' and 'This bowl bequeathed to him by Clement Charles Julian Webb, Queen's Scholar was given to the Queen's Scholars of Westminster by John Carleton, Under Master 1955'. Mahogany case with rocaille gilt brass mounts, painted dial signed within rocaille mask spandrels, subsidiary dials to the lower spandrels - Musica/Silence and Minuet/Dance/Hornpipe/Gavot, the arch with a painted automaton vignette of a harbour scene, eight day movement with a cylinder action carillon of ten bells, twin pull chord repeats.
