Hum. 1891; BA 1891; MA 1896; Assistant master, Radley Coll. 1892-1906; Head Master, Monmouth GS 1906-27; author of acting editions of several Latin and Greek plays, including the Andria of Terence; m. 9 Sep 1912 Ethel de Pearsall, eldest dau. of Arthur Edward Clabburn, [officer in ?] Gordon Highlanders [but apparently artist (1881 Census)]; d. 28 Apr 1948.
