(adm. 1740, qv); b.; adm. 2 Jun 1777; left Christmas 1780; inherited father’s estates 1789; assumed additional surname of Lister 22 Jan 1806; created baronet 28 Dec 1812; m. 18 Oct 1800 Lady Amelia Grey, sixth dau. of George Grey, 5th Earl of Stamford and Warrington; d. 28 Feb 1827, aged 64.
