Antrim, tanner; b. 1645; apprenticed to father’s trade; ran away to Bristol, from where an uncle sent him to school in Carmarthenshire; adm.; KS; elected to Christ Church, Oxford 1664, matr. 22 Jul 1664, aged 19, Westminster Student 20 Dec 1664 - void 1676, Tutor 1671-5; BA 1668; MA 1671; Esquire Bedell of Arts and Physic 21 Sep 1675; licensed to practise medicine 6 Jul 1688; translated Wood’s History and Antiquities of the University of Oxford into Latin, 1674, and compiled the first published catalogue of Oxford graduates, 1689; m. 27 Dec 1677 Mary Tipping, Oxford; d. 11 Aug 1690. DNB.
