TRELAWNY, DARELL, only son of John Crabb, Plymouth, Devon, and Frances, younger dau. of Henry Darell, Trewornan, Cornwall; b.; adm. (aged 17) Feb 1739/40 (Russel's); left 1741; University Coll. Oxford, matr. 21 Mar 1740/1; assumed surname of Trelawny under provisions of a royal warrant dated 12 Jan 1768; inherited Coldrenick estate, Cornwall in 1776, under the provisions of the will of his cousin Charles Trelawny (adm. 1715, qv); High Sheriff, Cornwall 1780; m. 4 Sep 1760 (IGI) Dorothea Maria, dau. of Francis Gregor, Trewarthenick, Cornwall; d. 24 Aug 1795.
