Can. 1860; left Dec 1861; Trinity Coll. Cambridge, adm. pens. 12 Oct 1864; LLB 1869; adm. Inner Temple, called to bar 1 May 1871; equity draftsman and conveyancer; two English Literature prizes at the School were founded in his memory by his mother; d. at Cannes, France 2 Apr 1875.
