Made for Baroness Burdett-Coutts, who presented it to the School in 1869. Originally housed in the Busby Library, then later moved to its present locaion in Ashburnham Garden.

Marble bust of Sir Francis Burdett on a carved stone pedestal, with entwined serpents and four marble panels inset: the Burdett arms; Burdett as a pupil at Westminster School; Adressing the House of Commons; arriving at the Traitors' Gate in a wherry. The bust is signed twice and dated 1854
