Webb C.B.C.B.E. by the staff of the Patent Office on his retirement from the public service August 4, 1921' and 'This bowl bequeathed to him by Clement Charles Julian Webb, Queen's Scholar was given to the Queen's Scholars of Westminster by John Carleton, Under Master 1955'.
